The Student Rights Service is a nationwide free phone service for parents, caregivers and students that is run from Community Law Wellington & Hutt Valley offices. We provide information and practical help on a wide range of issues involving children and young people at school, including bullying, school fees, stand-downs and suspensions. It also has a website, which you can check out here.
For information right now about your rights and responsibilities at school, check out our book Problems at School: A Practical Guide to Your Rights and Obligations below. It is available for free online as a pdf, or you can get hard copies:

- $15 for non-profits and community groups
