Community Law work is varied, interesting and meaningful. Our interns get involved in all aspects of Community Law business, from research and client interviewing to filing and coffee drinking. If you’re passionate about access to justice, excited to work in a bicultural organisation and keen to gain experience, we would love to have you.

There will be a mix of client interaction, legal work and other work supporting the functioning of our busy law centre. You will be supervised by a Community Lawyer.
We offer part-time internships to work around your part time job, summer school and days at the beach. Part-time for us means between 2-4 days per week, during usual office hours 9.30am-5pm* (*we are flexible on hours).
You will not be paid, but you will be rewarded with invaluable experience, and a happy summer helping out.
Internships are from November 2017 to the end of February 2018, with start and finish dates negotiable according to your schedule.
We are closed from 22 December 2017 until 8 January 2018 and further holidays can be negotiated in advance with your supervisors.
