The REP: Rights Education Project

The REP (the Rights Education Project) aims to equip young people in
Wellington with REP Logoknowledge and about their legal rights & responsibilities. The REP is education for young people by young people, and our vision is that no member of Wellington’s youth community should suffer through a lack of awareness of their key rights and responsibilities.

Check out our prospectus here.

Who are we?

  • The REP is a project of Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley and the Community Justice Project (Victoria University law students)
  • The REP is a team of 40 volunteer law students, with three student leaders providing project management and leadership
  • The REP is supervised by education staff at Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley

What training do we provide?
